Terms and Conditions
Site Submission and Inclusion
Any site submitted must be relevant to the TopListed Top 50 listing subject/topic
Only one entry per site is permitted
Sites submitted must not be under construction or incomplete
Only Site Owners may submit their sites TopListed
All sections of the site registration form must be completed.
A valid URL must be provided, so that if the URL were to be entered into the browser address bar relevant content would be displayed
A valid email address must be provided. Toplisted respects the privacy of site owners submitting their sites. The email address provided will be used for Toplisted administration purposes only and will not be sold and transferred to any third party.
Descriptions of the site submitted should describe the content of the site concisely and accurately.
TopListed reserves the right to use the "official image" of each site submitted, as provided by thumbshots.com, where available. Where not available, site owners may provide TopListed with their own site image ("screenshot") This image must *only* by a screenshot of your site, sized 120x90 pixels, compressed to around 3k in size, and be suitable for viewing by a family audience.
Upon inclusion of the suggested TopListed link text within your site, your entry on your selected Top 50 listing is automatically activated.
The link code to TopListed must be pasted unedited.
Removal of the TopListed link code will result in a site being automatically ineligible for listing within 24 hours.
A site listing and registration details may be edited at any time via the "account" link at the top of the TopListed Top 50 page.
Any site no longer wishing to be listed at Toplisted should send an email requesting removal via the Contact Us link at the top of the TopListed Top 50 page.
TopListed reserves the right to exercise editorial discretion in determining the content of any site listing and if deemed appropriate remove a site listed on a Top 50 listing category at its own discretion.
TopListed Site Rankings
Whilst every effort is made to accurately record inbound/outbound clicks, site traffic and discount attempts to "manipulate" the statistics recorded, TopListed cannot guarantee their accuracy.
TopListed reserves the right to change the site ranking formula at any time.
TopListed Newsletter
From time to time Toplisted may send registered site owners a newsletter containing useful webmaster information and articles.
If, after receiving a newsletter, site owners decide not to subscribe, a link will be provided to "opt out". Unsubscribing from the newsletter will not affect a sites Top 50 eligibility or rank.
